Car Park for Wheelchair Ticket Holders
Wheelchair ticket holders are eligible to use the designated car park. Please note that parking is available by advance reservation only, and vehicles without a confirmed reservation will not be permitted to park. We kindly ask that you submit your application within the specified application period.
As the number of spaces is limited, should the number of applications exceed availability, parking allocations will be determined by a lottery system. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this regard.
Eligibility
- Individuals who have purchased wheelchair seat tickets
- Applications are accepted even if the driver is not a wheelchair user, provided that at least one wheelchair user is included among their group.
Car Park Fee
- ¥1,600 per vehicle, per use
- Please be aware that parking is permitted for one session only. Continuous parking across both the morning and evening sessions is not allowed.
Important Information
- Please note that we may verify registered phone numbers at the time of parking.
- Please make sure to remove your vehicle before the car park closing time.

Payment Method
Please note that payment is required in advance. Successful applicants will be provided with the bank account details for the designated transfer. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept other payment methods at this time. Thank you for your understanding.
Car Park Location
The car park is located within the Meiji Memorial Picture Gallery’s Parking Lot at Meiji Jingu Gaien, inside the event’s secured area.
We will send detailed information, including directions to the car park, separately to those who are successful in the application.
Main Access Route from the Car Park to the Japan National Stadium
Kindly be aware that access routes may are subject to change. However, volunteer staff will be present to guide you and ensure a smooth journey. Please feel free to ask them for assistance if needed.

Terms of Use for Parking Lot for Wheelchair Users
Schedule Change of the Event
The Event and Session’s schedule may be moved up, delayed, cancelled, suspended, or postponed at the discretion of the Committee without notice due to weather, the Event’s management conditions, safety assurance, or Force Majeure. The Committee shall not be liable for any losses, other than parking fees, incurred by parking lot users as a result of the schedule changes of the Event.
Cancellation of the Event and Refunds
In the event of cancellation of the Event or the Session, the use of the parking lot for wheelchair users will also be cancelled, and parking fees will be refunded.
However, fees related to the payment of the parking fees are not refundable. No refunds of parking fees will be provided due to ticket exchanges, changes, cancellations or ticket returns.
Compensation will not be provided for incidental expenses such as travel or accommodation expenses under any circumstances.
Method of Refund
The parking fees will be refunded to the bank account of eligible person. Purchasers (parking lot users) shall bear the transfer fees.
Prohibition of Resale
The right to use the parking lot may not be transferred or subleased to any third party.
Accidents and/or Thefts in Parking Lots
The Committee shall not be responsible for any theft, damage, or accidents, etc. that occur during the parking times.
Excess of Usage Time
Parking lot users shall ensure that they leave the parking lot during the available departure time for each session. If the parking lot is used in excess of the usage time, the Committee may charge the user a penalty fee equal to twice the parking fee (consumption tax included) for the time actually used, and the user shall indemnify the Committee for any damage incurred by the Committee as a result of such excess use.
Other
Matters not covered by these Terms of Use shall be subject to the parking rules of the Meiji Memorial Picture Gallery’s Parking Lot.
