Q: I’m having trouble registering my ID. I haven’t received the email.

A: [Registration Steps]

1. After you register, you will immediately receive a verification email.

2. Click the verification button, and once you receive an email titled “Welcome to the World Athletics Championships Tokyo 25” your registration is complete. Please note that it may take about 30 minutes to receive this email.

Note: If you do not receive the verification email, it might be in your spam folder or there could be a mistake in the email address you registered. If registration is still unsuccessful, please first check your spam folder.
